Confidently Women, a brand of Millenia Marketing GmbH ("we", "us"), operates a conversational SMS programme for people who have contacted us about our business coaching services. We use SMS to confirm that we received your enquiry, to arrange or remind you of a discovery call, and to answer your questions. We do not send unsolicited or cold text messages.
You join the programme by giving us your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on our application form at apply.confidentlywomen.com, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to be contacted by text. Consent is never a condition of any purchase. If you do not tick the box, we will not text you.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive between one and three messages in total.
We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send a single confirmation and will not text you again unless you opt in once more. You can also email [email protected].
Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected]. We answer within one business day.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and coverage, and cannot be guaranteed.
Message delivery is supported on major carriers in the United States, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and their sub-carriers. Support may vary in other countries.
We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used only to contact you about your enquiry, and is processed by our messaging provider on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
